I need a website in PHP that will hold an article database, news, free classifieds, business directory, events calendar, and advertising banners. I have a template monster website design that I would like to use. The website is designed for Boat Owners, where they are able to read interesting articles and tips, see the boat shows and events calendar, have a complete marine directory, and be able to use the classifieds.
The website will generate sales through out the advertisers, I have 4 options of advertising packages, which the advertiser can select online and pay through Paypal. The advertiser has to be able to upload any graphic content and complete all the business information. I have an example of a website that does something similar as far as the business directory. Here is the link: http://thecaptainsmate.com/
The banners has to be 20 in total, 10 on each side of the page. Each banner position has to hold up to five ads (rotational). So it would be total of a 100 advertisers. Each banner has to have its own position.
